About the Role:
The Jacobs team is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) mission. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Microsoft Project resource-loaded schedule that integrates across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Microsoft Project resource-loaded schedule that integrates across multiple functional areas
- Interface with workflow management, project managers, engineering, fielding and deployment, and other functional areas to develop project schedules and respond to changes and issues
- Participate in daily telecoms and scheduling meetings and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities which pertain to operations support
- Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS meetings with project managers
- Prepare and brief monthly IMS overview and trends to government leadership
Requirements:
- Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI
- 3+ years of appropriate and progressive experience OR any equivalent combination of relevant education/experience
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation and customer interface skills required to secure and schedule inter-organizational support
- Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially MS Project
