Job Summary

Eataly North America is seeking a highly skilled Head of Kitchen Operations to oversee the back-of-house operations of multiple restaurants and kitchens at Eataly Boston.


Key Responsibilities
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchens, including food preparation, presentation, and delivery.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and execute menus that showcase authentic Italian flavors and ingredients, ensuring consistency across all outlets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Chef de Cuisines, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Chef Experience: 7+ years of chef experience, including 5+ years of management experience.
  • Italian Cuisine Expertise: In-depth understanding of Italian cuisine, including its history, techniques, and flavor profiles.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.
