Requirements:

* University degree in a related field or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
* Strong organizational and professional skills
* Computer literate
* Minimum of three (3) successful years of teaching experience in secondary schools
* Succeeded in overcoming barriers like those confronting the target population
* Evidence of school, community, and parent involvement
* Evidence of a strong teaching and professional code of ethics

Preferred Qualifications:

* Written and oral proficiency in Spanish
