Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan cycle menus and lead daily production
  • Enforce safety protocols and lead by example
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to your team and the community
  • Manage ordering and inventory
  • Deliver exceptional catering events
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring of the team

Requirements:

  • Customer service skills
  • High-end catering and high-volume banquet experience
  • Substantial culinary knowledge and trends
  • Menu planning and production experience
  • Minimum five years culinary experience and five years managing others in the kitchen
