We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at SAGE Dining Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning cycle menus and leading daily production, enforcing safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan cycle menus and lead daily production
- Enforce safety protocols and lead by example
- Deliver outstanding customer service to your team and the community
- Manage ordering and inventory
- Deliver exceptional catering events
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring of the team
Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- High-end catering and high-volume banquet experience
- Substantial culinary knowledge and trends
- Menu planning and production experience
- Minimum five years culinary experience and five years managing others in the kitchen
