Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team and ensure efficient food preparation and cooking.
- Supervise inventory levels and order food and supplies as needed.
- Partner with management to review and maintain recipe books.
- Perform regular line checks to ensure quality of menu items.
- Assist with tracking and controlling food costs.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of sous chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team.
