Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement goals, objectives, and procedures for assigned programs
  • Provide direct comprehensive organizational support and administrative assistance to the Board of Directors and Delegate Assembly
  • Assist with the development and management of events and meetings, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Manage and support member committees and facilitate committee work to ensure they operate within the Association's mission and goals
  • Engage in regular communications with members and prospects about Association offerings and member needs
  • Participate in the implementation and management of events and meetings by conducting regular planning meetings, coordinating assigned staff, and maintaining established timelines
  • Manage and monitor workload, including contract negotiation and approval process for assigned meetings and events
  • Take minutes, record all actions taken, and oversee event logistics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Three years of experience in education or education policy, marketing, project management, meeting and event planning, or related field with administrative experience
Working Conditions

This position requires regular travel to training, workshops, and meeting sites. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
