Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at NOVA Home Loans. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for customizing the Jungo platform, designing and implementing automation, and providing ongoing support to users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize the Jungo platform to align with business processes
  • Design and implement automation to optimize business operations
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for different teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular imports, deduplication, and cleansing activities
  • Manage integrations between Jungo and other third-party platforms
  • Provide ongoing support to users through troubleshooting and training

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce development in a mortgage, real estate, or financial services environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
  • Knowledge of Jungo platform and mortgage-specific integrations
