Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at NOVA Home Loans. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for customizing the Jungo platform, designing and implementing automation, and building and maintaining reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize the Jungo platform by creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to align with business processes.
- Design and implement automation through workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules to optimize business operations, specifically around lead management, loan processing, and marketing.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for different teams (e.g., loan officers, marketing) to provide actionable insights into performance and pipeline management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data imports, deduplication, and cleansing activities. Conduct system audits to maintain data quality.
- Manage integrations between Jungo and other third-party platforms (e.g., LOS systems, email marketing tools, and financial systems).
- Provide ongoing support to Jungo users by troubleshooting system issues, resolving technical queries, and conducting user training sessions to drive adoption and effective use of the platform.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and Jungo-specific updates, ensuring new features and functionalities are leveraged appropriately.
- Manage data compliance in line with industry regulations, ensuring proper user access and data-sharing protocols are followed.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, processes, and integration points to ensure easy reference and system continuity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., mortgage operations, marketing, and IT) to identify needs, develop solutions, and execute projects that enhance platform efficiency.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining Agile Software development using JIRA or DevOps.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce development in a mortgage, real estate, or financial services environment is required.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred; knowledge of Jungo platform is also preferred.
- Experience in software versioning with DevOps or GitHub, is preferred.
- Experience within the mortgage industry is preferred.
