Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications and direct them appropriately.
- Organize recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, evaluating resumes, and maintaining candidate tracking systems.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires.

- Provide support to interviewers and candidates by coordinating schedules and addressing any concerns efficiently.
- Procure office supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
