Key Responsibilities- Manage Housekeeping Operations
- Ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures.
- Review staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
- Supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct Human Resources Activities
- Train new room attendants and provide follow-up training as necessary.
- Schedule employees to business demands and track employee time and attendance.
- Ensure employees understand expectations and parameters.
- Ensure Exceptional Customer Service
- Set a positive example for guest relations.
- Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or a 2-year degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related professional area.
