Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Housekeeping Operations
    • Ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Review staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
    • Supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct Human Resources Activities
    • Train new room attendants and provide follow-up training as necessary.
    • Schedule employees to business demands and track employee time and attendance.
    • Ensure employees understand expectations and parameters.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service
    • Set a positive example for guest relations.
    • Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.
    • Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or a 2-year degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related professional area.
