Job Summary:

The Digital Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the daily priorities and goals of the Digital department are understood, and that the instructions and direction given by the Production Manager are followed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize workflows that ensure all presses are printing the right work
  • Establishing and adjusting priorities as needed
  • Track and facilitate all hot rush jobs
  • Coordinating flow on communication from Digital to other departments
  • Report any issues or problems relating to signage to management

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Motivated and highly productive, with a sense for overall effectiveness in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and results driven
  • Ability to take instruction and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage large workload, while producing quality work in a fast-pace environment with interruptions and deadlines
  • Knowledgeable in basic math, fractions and percentage
  • Ability to communicate (Read, speak, write, understand) in English
  • Available for weekend work shifts & overtime as needed
  • Ability to contribute to building a strong and positive team spirit as well as align with GSP values
