Job Summary

Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to fill a temporary position in Little Rock, AR. The successful candidate will provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, collaborating with surgeons and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative pain management to patients undergoing surgery.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education.
Requirements
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program.
  • Active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in Arkansas.
  • National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting.
