Lead Our Team to Success

PASSARO is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a passionate and purpose-driven individual to join our organization. As a Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in learning our process, servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, and developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will also lead a small team, becoming an expert in training and developing them, and eventually moving into the Agency Director role as you master our systems and process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Research new business opportunities, leveraging your ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring a high-paced and productive work environment.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems, utilizing your strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, demonstrating your ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to our organization's success.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
