Job Summary

The Cardiac Telemetry Nurse at Delray Medical Center provides high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in a cardiac unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care and integrate nursing services based on the nursing process
  • Direct high-quality patient-focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, and quality improvement
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required
