Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry team at Delray Medical Center. As a Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including telemetry monitoring and medication administration.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required.
