Cardiac Telemetry RN

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry team at Delray Medical Center. As a Cardiac Telemetry RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including telemetry monitoring and medication management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required.
