About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Applied Scientist II to join our Generative AI Innovation Center. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop advanced machine learning models to solve diverse challenges and opportunities across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and evaluate innovative machine learning models to solve complex problems
  • Interact with customers to understand their business needs and help them implement scalable Generative AI solutions
  • Collaborate with account teams, research scientist teams, and product engineering teams to drive model implementations and new solutions

What You'll Need

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks like MXNet, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
