Job Summary:

We are seeking an Applied Scientist III to work 100% remote for our Premier Client located in Seattle, WA. This exciting role will work with a team of other applied scientists to help invent, design, and deliver cutting-edge science solutions to make it easier for customers to find other content they will enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Developers, Product Managers, and other Quality Engineers to ensure the proper operation of the production environment.
  • Identify use cases, create test cases, execute tests, and report results during the development cycle.
  • Build machine learning models, perform proof-of-concept, experiment, optimize, and deploy your models into production.
  • Conduct A/B experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analysis.
  • Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, machine-learning model development, model validation, and serving.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience.
  • Experience in Python.
  • PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML, or related field experience.
  • Ability to develop machine learning platform strategy in the subdomain of recommender systems for media and, sdlc.
