Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Analyst or similar role in ideally leading projects.
  • Basic coding skills, preferably in DAX and Power Query.
  • Exceptionally skilled in Excel, capable of utilizing advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in managing transformation projects and performance management processes.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
