Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Marshall Lifestyle Medicine as a Patient Experience Coordinator. This role is responsible for creating a 5-star experience for our patients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist with scheduling management, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and healthy working environment.
  • Support our providers as an aesthetic assistant in delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences.
  • Collect and upload before and after photos pre and post aesthetic treatments.
  • Assist with Celebration Retreat events and administrative projects.
Requirements
  • Aesthetic experience preferred.
  • Office/administrative experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • MS Office experience preferred.
  • Detail/task oriented.
  • Reliable/dependable.
  • Pleasant demeanor/concierge customer service.
