iTrust Wellness is seeking Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Associate (PA) students for our Student Preceptorship Program. This unique opportunity allows students to gain hands-on experience in psychiatric care under the guidance of experienced clinicians.
Program Overview- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Learn and apply various therapeutic techniques
- Participate in case discussions
- Enhance your clinical skills in a supportive and educational environment
As a Student Preceptor with iTrust Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our providers, who are all NPs and PAs themselves. You will be expected to shadow your Preceptor during regular business hours, with the possibility of participating in patient care under direct supervision and approval.
Program Requirements- Currently enrolled in a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program
- Completed at least one rotation
- Available to commit to a minimum of [insert duration] weeks
