Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to effectively plan and execute diverse construction initiatives.
- Manage project documentation, including change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and production logs.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and comprehensive reporting.
- Facilitate daily operations of the field office.
- Serve as the primary contact for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and submit client deliverables, vendor invoices, and other necessary documentation.
- Develop innovative engineering solutions to address project challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with clients.
Experience Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction is preferred.
- Experience in related fields is highly advantageous.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members, clients, and field personnel.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites (company vehicle provided for business travel).
