Maintain cleanliness in work and public areas before, during, and after service hours, adhering to cleaning protocols with a focus on Health and Safety and COSHH Guidelines.

Accurately process all orders and ensure they are recorded and authorized for billing.

Handle transactions through the tills, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Close tills in accordance with company policies.

Maintain accurate temperature records and other relevant documentation.

Comply with all licensing regulations and procedures.

Safeguard cash, stock, and equipment diligently.

Act as a point of information for customers.

Document wastage according to venue protocols and manage waste disposal in line with recycling initiatives.

Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.

Perform additional reasonable duties as required by business needs.
