Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our global EHS efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing EHS policies and procedures across teams that support operations globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage and partner with business and facilities teams to conduct EHS assessments and ensure corrective action to mitigate risk.
  • Promote employee awareness of environmental, health, and safety matters through training and education programs.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline EHS processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of professional experience in EHS with a proven ability to lead global teams.
  • BA/BS/MS in EHS or a related field with 15 or more years of EHS management experience.
  • Nationally recognized professional credentials preferred (e.g., CSP, CIH).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing and implementing data-driven EHS programs across multiple industries.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and improve processes.
  • Decisive leadership skills with a proven record of supporting operational effectiveness within budget.
