Long-Term Care Compliance Investigator

Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for extensions
Work Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, no weekends required
Certification Requirement: SMQT Certification is mandatory
Travel Arrangements: Flight, hotel, and rental car provided
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a "LTC Surveyor" and must have recent experience within the last three years.
Role Responsibilities:
As a surveyor, you will be responsible for traveling across the state to perform surveys, address complaints, and initiate investigations. Candidates must be prepared to move from one site to another.
- Rental vehicles will be covered, or you may use your personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement available. Surveys are organized a month in advance, and you will work 10-hour days, four days a week.
- We seek proficient surveyors who can document findings quickly and effectively using computer systems.
- Initial orientation will take place in a professional setting. The dress code is business attire for both orientation and during the assignment. Accommodations will be arranged by Prolink, and a meal stipend will be provided. Travel arrangements to the state will also be covered for those not currently residing in the area.
