Job Title: Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in patient education and support to promote health and wellness.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the medical record.
Requirements:
  • Active GA State or Compact Registered Nurse License.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Valid BLS & ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Recent experience in ICU, Telemetry, or PCU.
  • Proficient working with Vents and Trachs.
