  • Effectively manage multiple projects, teams, timelines, and financial resources
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships
  • Oversee internal financial management for projects
  • Act as the primary contact for project personnel, ensuring timely resolution of project-related challenges
  • Organize and allocate workload assignments as necessary
  • Provide mentorship, leadership, and direct oversight to the project team
  • Lead the preparation of documentation for securing necessary local and state permits
  • Supervise the creation of comprehensive drawings and specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in design and documentation
  • Professional licensure as a Registered Architect (RA) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
  • A comprehensive understanding of architectural design, detailing, and material characteristics.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards and building regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders across various concurrent projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to understand and articulate a client's vision, implementing necessary elements for project success.
  • LEED accreditation is advantageous but not required
  • Experience in mentoring and managing direct reports
  • Excellent communication skills, engaging regularly with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership in a collaborative environment
  • Desired attributes include analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational and technical skills
