Job Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests in the dining area and take food and beverage orders efficiently, adhering to established service protocols.
  • Deliver meals promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients, providing guidance to guests on food and drink pairings as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and foster positive relationships with guests and team members.
  • Handle cash transactions and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Handle personal or medical information with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Address guest complaints or issues promptly and relay necessary information to supervisors.
  • Ensure the dining area is properly set up before and after service, adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Operate various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines.
  • Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
