Benefits of being a Customer Service Center Lead:

- Oversee daily performance metrics of the customer service center to ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports, including:
- Call center activity reports
- Agent performance assessments
- Observational reports for agents
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and follow-ups regarding customer trips, including no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to the call center.
- Mentor and train other leads and agents within the customer service center.
- Conduct coaching, training, and re-training sessions for agents.
- Handle incoming customer calls.
- Create and distribute training materials for agents.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
