About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Trainee to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist in the supervision, coordination, and management of all assigned residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Inspect and enforce job safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Complete 'punch lists' and assist in the completion of new home orientation lists to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in the completion of model/inventory maintenance to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Assist in areas of service-related issues to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners to build strong relationships and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • College Degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Construction experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel) is required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record is required.
  • Valid Auto Insurance Coverage is required.
