Join Our Team as a Manager Trainee

BioLife Plasma Services is a leading provider of plasma-derived therapies, and we're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager Trainee. As a Manager Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a 12-month training program that includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and coaching
  • Develop leadership skills and knowledge of operations management, financial management, marketing, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Travel to various BioLife Plasma Services locations to gain experience and build relationships with team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience
  • Experience supervising team members, including coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
