We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Construction Drywall and Metal Framing Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects related to drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and painting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate with project teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of site conditions, materials, and labor
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in commercial construction, specifically in drywall and metal framing
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines
  • Certifications or licenses related to construction management or similar fields are a plus
