  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related problems, including scheduling conflicts, budget overruns, and quality control issues.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of construction equipment, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

Requirements:
