You will work closely with technicians to meet customer requirements, monitor and manage their performance, and enforce company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Field Technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and assign Field Technicians to districts, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Work closely with technicians to identify and resolve customer issues, prioritize tasks, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage technician performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Two years of field experience in the HVAC industry and/or previous managerial experience.
  • Two-year degree from an accredited institution in business management or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Organization, critical thinking, discipline, communication, flexibility, and the ability to follow through with tasks.
  • Experience dealing with the public and customer service issues, and the ability to work well with different personality types.
  • General knowledge of HVAC units (helpful but not required).
