Job Title: Operations Support Administrator

Collabera is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Support Administrator, you will be responsible for timely execution of new account set-ups and ongoing post-implementation account updates across multiple software platforms and databases for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the Customer Service queue system to ensure timely ticket completion and meet key performance indicator (KPI) expectations.
  • Identify, document, escalate, and resolve problems as they arise.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Specialist Lead to review and revise implementation processes and internal guidelines for improved effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with counterparts in Sales, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and Toxicology Support teams to maintain accurate client data in the system.
  • Meet and maintain productivity, quality, and attendance performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate with two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open issues and work on special projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Salesforce CFM knowledge.
  • Positive and helpful attitude.
