Job Overview

DISMAL RIVER CLUB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Recreation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through various recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support guests on outdoor recreation activities, including horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, UTV tours, and shooting.
  • Implement and maintain outdoor operations, including trap shooting ranges, courses, and facilities.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for outdoor operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and meet company standards.
Requirements
  • High school education required.
  • 3 years' experience in outdoor recreation fields.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Competitive hourly rate ($16-18/hr based on experience), one meal provided per shift, and unlimited golf privileges (with supervisor permission).
