Position Title: Advanced Therapeutic Recreation Practitioner

Your role will involve facilitating therapeutic activities that promote healthy leisure and recreation for both individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and implement referrals for recreational therapy services
  • Evaluate, design, and deliver therapeutic programs tailored to patient needs
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Support discharge planning and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related discipline
  • Preferred certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
  • Proven proficiency in essential therapeutic practices

Work Environment:

This position is classified as regular employment with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week. The shifts will vary.
