About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Design Services Team as a Customer Experience Liaison. This role will be a vital part of our team, serving as a liaison between our team and our amazing community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily direct correspondence with customers to ensure a seamless and efficient experience
  • Gather project needs and provide custom pricing quotes and product guidance to help customers find the right fit for their vision and budget
  • Assist the DS team in various tasks to ensure a flawless customer experience
  • Consistently provide timely, accurate, and kind responses to customers
  • Help customers with issues including product questions, ordering and payment issues, package tracking, and more
  • Be available for phone calls with design clients upon request
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer support position or other relevant customer-facing roles
  • Experience using Zendesk is strongly preferred but not required
  • Ability to learn and work across multiple technology platforms
  • Ability to resolve issues rapidly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to connect with others with efficiency, effectiveness, and empathy
  • Constantly maintain a positive attitude, no matter the situation
  • Ability to thrive in a team setting and take ownership of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • An existing love for our product and brand
  • An interest in the world of design, art, and/or photography
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry
