Customer Service Representative

IPEX, a leading provider of advanced plastic piping systems, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is based in the Denver office and requires a professional with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, product information, and stock checks.
  • Resolve delays, service problems, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter, release, and track customer orders via EDI, fax, and phone using the in-house ERP solution.
  • Verify customer pricing, terms, delivery requirements, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure proper service from all directions.
  • Provide technical support by referring to various IPEX publications.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a customer service representative.
  • Good time management and follow-up skills, including the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills, especially Microsoft Office and email.
  • Experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints patiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good team player with the ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment.
