Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Boston market. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding homeowner experiences.
The role of Sales Consultant involves conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates and sales solutions tailored to their replacement projects. Your ability to build rapport with customers will drive your success, as you work closely with them to understand their needs and preferences.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be surrounded by a highly motivated team who is dedicated to enriching the lives of our homeowners. Our compensation plans reward solid performance with opportunities for performance bonuses, averaging between $200,000-250,000 per year. We offer 10 weeks of paid training to ensure your success, as well as a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and profit sharing.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
