  • Collaborate with clients, families, and support networks to develop and implement personalized recovery plans.
  • Assist clients with daily concerns, such as transportation, grocery shopping, and communication with social services.
  • Facilitate applications with housing authorities and communicate with landlords to ensure stable housing for clients.
  • Participate in individual and group supervision to enhance therapeutic and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in the human services field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Caring and empathetic approach, with a desire to support individuals in need.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
