- Schedule patient appointments, manage check-in/check-out processes, and gather accurate patient information.
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Inform relevant staff of visitor arrivals and guide them to the correct locations.
- Perform various clerical tasks to support daily operations.
- Maintain and update the employee directory for the center.
- Alert the transportation team when patients are ready for pickup.
- Exhibit professional behavior and appearance consistently.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in waiting and reception areas.
- Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist.
- Outstanding customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in using computers for data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to connect with patients and create a welcoming environment.
- Demonstrated patience and composure in various situations.
Physical Demands:
- Extended periods of sitting while working on a computer.
- May require standing, walking, and bending for prolonged periods.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $17.50 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
