Administrative Assistant

Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Secretary to join our team. This individual will provide critical administrative support to our Clinical Nurse Manager and other team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, answering phones, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
