We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Assist with various administrative tasks, including correspondence, phone calls, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics, preparing reports as needed.
- Utilize proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Develop a strong understanding of basic medical terminology.
- Assist with general IT issues and maintain office equipment.
- CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN A CLINICAL SECRETARY OR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE ROLE.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this role is $16.50 - $23.40 per hour, based on location and experience.
