Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for members with a range of mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to identify treatment needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and confidential records of member treatment and progress.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and psychotherapy research methods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Experience with crisis intervention, individual, and group psychotherapy.
  • Knowledge of DSM-V and ability to use it as a diagnostic tool.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. The schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
