Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the Firearms Segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and business strategy
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the Firearms or related industries
- Strong understanding of the Firearms Segment and its key players, trends, and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
