Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
As a Sales Territory Manager at Chroma Technology Corp., you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a defined geographic region. This role requires developing and maintaining relationships with end-users, distributors, and resellers, as well as providing feedback on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain distribution networks within the territory
- Provide training and support to distributors
- Monitor competitor products and sales activities
- Manage direct sales of product within the territory
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Prepare periodic sales reports and strategy reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in life science imaging sales, preferably including distribution and direct customer sales
- Ability to travel up to 50%
