Job Title: Manufacturing Inventory Management Specialist

Position Overview: The Manufacturing Inventory Management Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating non-BOM procurement tasks to support various operational units, including High Volume Manufacturing (HVM), Pilot Programs, Safety, Training, and Engineering departments. This position requires collaboration with management to oversee inventory levels and purchasing operations while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute all non-BOM procurement tasks for HVM, Pilot Programs, Safety, Training, and Engineering units, ensuring accuracy in ordering and receiving documentation.
  • Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics to the management team.
  • Oversee the proper routing of incoming materials and monitor inter-departmental material flow to fulfill scheduled obligations.
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance related to manufacturing and procurement operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records, logs, and documentation associated with material inventory.
  • Support and enhance inventory management and control processes.
  • Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to squat, kneel, walk, climb, stand, and reach outside neutral for over 25% of the time.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to distinguish between different colors.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive).
  • Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems (preferably SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba).
  • Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
