Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Manufacturing Support Specialist to join our team. This position is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes at one of our prominent automotive and clean energy clients. The ideal candidate will excel in high-pressure environments, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a keen interest in technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing lines to ensure continuous operation.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues that arise in the manufacturing environment.
  • Engage with various technologies daily, providing support and solutions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support or system administration.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues and performing hardware replacements on Windows systems.
  • Experience with troubleshooting printing devices, barcode scanners, handheld radios, and digital signage.
  • Familiarity with basic client-side networking issues (DHCP, DNS, Static IP).
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory; Linux support experience is a plus.
  • Experience with network hardware support is advantageous.
  • Dev/Ops experience is a bonus.
