Job Summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Identity Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism Vetting (CCV) team, you will be responsible for providing analysis, research, and support for the vetting of local national employees and job applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Research: Utilize various datasets, specialized tools, and advanced research and analytical techniques to identify and analyze individuals who may pose a threat to U.S. and State Department interests.
  • Biometric Analysis: Conduct analysis of biometric and biographic information on individuals of interest utilizing the Biometric Identity Intelligence Resource (BI2R) and other relevant databases.
  • Threat Mitigation: Identify opportunities to mitigate threats through various analytical processes and make recommendations regarding the mitigation of threats.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to newly hired DS/ICI/CCV contract Identity Intelligence Assistant and Junior Identity Intelligence Analysts.
  • System Administration: Utilize the Diplomatic Security Identity Assurance System (DSIAS) to biometrically enroll locally employed staff and job applicants at U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide.
  • Security Clearance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, executive orders, and directives promulgated by Congress, the Secretary of State, and the Director of National Intelligence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year U.S. accredited college in one of the following areas: Political Science, International Affairs, Area Studies, or a related field of study.
  • Experience: Six years of relevant intelligence analysis experience, or Counterintelligence, Human Resource Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) experience.
  • Security Clearance: TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI Access Required.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this position include lifting, sitting, answering the phone, typing on a keyboard, and moving files. Some travel to hostile areas in the Middle East may be required, and some locations may have austere living conditions.
